Who we are

AccessionRadar ("we") publishes a newsletter about EU and donor funding opportunities. Contact: hello@accessionradar.com.

What we collect

Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter.
Billing details, when you buy a paid plan. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh). We never see or store your card details.
Basic usage data, such as email opens and clicks, used to improve the newsletter.

Why we use it

To send you the newsletter you asked for, deliver paid features, handle support and billing, and improve our content. The legal basis is your consent (newsletter) and performance of a contract (paid plans).

Who processes it

MailerLite: email delivery and subscriber management.
Polar: payments, invoicing and tax.
Hosting provider: serving this website.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to hello@accessionradar.com.
